I’m John H. Brooks Jr., born and raised in Elizabeth, NJ. Growing up in a struggling household, I made many poor decisions early on, often due to a lack of effort and a procrastination mindset. Over time, I was able to mentally, emotionally, and spiritually “grow up,” transforming my perspective on life. This journey led to the creation of All Muscle Apparel in 2020, a brand that reflects my commitment to giving my all in everything I do. I believe that success isn’t just about physical strength but about mindset, consistency, and perseverance in all areas of life.

I started All Muscle Apparel during a challenging time when everything was shutdown, but I decided to maintain a productive mindset and keep pushing forward. This brand is built on that very philosophy: to give it your all. Beyond being a business owner, I am a husband, father, and grandfather. I also serve as a mentor, community activist, and motivational speaker, helping others embrace the mindset that anything is possible with commitment and hard work. Through All Muscle Apparel, I aim to inspire others to stay healthy, make power moves, and remain positively committed to their goals.
